Not included: deep scrubbing or heavy buildup, soap scum, grout or hard-water removal, baseboards or trim, inside appliances, or high dusting and wall cleaning.
Most homes starting routine service benefit from an Initial Deep Clean first — it gets everything to a baseline so we can maintain it properly at every visit.

Unlike flat-rate services, we build your price room by room. A 2-bed, 2-bath home pays a completely different rate than a 5-bed, 4-bath estate. Your tier’s starting price already includes a kitchen, one bedroom, one full bath, living room, dining room, and common areas. From there, we add only the extra rooms your home has — additional bedrooms, bathrooms, an office, laundry, basement, and so on.
